Aliens (1986) is in the discussion as one of those sequels that could be better than the original. A completely different movie to Alien what James Cameron did was a full blown action extravaganza that ups the ante in every area.
One of my favourite movies of all time didn’t happen easily, with the mostly British crew not appreciating James Cameron’s management strategy. But despite all that what was produced is a timeless classic that looks just as good in 2022 as it did in 1986.
